TB Reach Wave 10 Cameroon — Data Management
BCHPR · Stop TB Partnership grantee · 2024 – 2025
Cameroon TB Reach Wave 10 data backbone — community-based active case finding using chest X-ray AI triage paired with sputum pooling for molecular confirmation.
Highlights
- CXR-AI screening + pooled testing workflow processing 2,183 specimens (Jul 2024 – Mar 2025).
- 45% reduction in cartridge consumption; 0.55 tests per person screened — without sacrificing case detection.
- Coordinated with National TB Programme and Stop TB Partnership reporting cadences.
- Findings presented as E-Poster EP10-793-19 at the Union World Conference on Lung Health 2025 (Copenhagen).
