Demonstrated that combining AI-scored digital chest X-ray triage with sputum pooling extends molecular TB diagnostics into resource-limited community settings — with materially lower per-case cost. CXR-AI + pooling processed 2,183 specimens across community case-finding activities in Cameroon from July 2024 to March 2025, cutting cartridge consumption by 45% and reducing testing to 0.55 tests per person screened without sacrificing case detection.
